Selection of smart solutions
Knithawk
knithawk is a tool for optical defect detection. It is positioned directly behind the knitting point and consists of a camera unit that “scans” the knitted fabric using infrared light. If knithawk detects a serious or recurring defect, the machine is stopped automatically.
Senso Blue RS
Senso Blue RS is Mayer & Cie.‘s machine-integrated lubrication and needle oil recycling system. Oil is applied optimally in terms
of quantity and area. Used oil is collected, filtered three times and returned to the
system.
Control 5.0
Control 5.0 is the new machine control system for Mayer & Cie. machines. It is a prerequisite for the use of any of the knitlink applications. From 2024, it will be installed as standard in all circular knitting machines. For machines built in 2001 or later, Control 5.0 is available as an upgrade, either in the standard version as SmartControl or as ClassicControl.
knitlink
knitlink is the web-based customer and machine portal from Mayer & Cie. It is the hub for all information and services relating to circular knitting machines. Currently, knitlink has three components: my.monitoring, my.store and my.services.
