Competent service technicians around the world know our braiders like the back of their hands. They are trained by Mayer & Cie. and regularly visit our head office to familiarise themselves with new machine types and features.

Our experienced instructors train customers both on-site and at Mayer & Cie. in Albstadt. Training sessions on specific machines in the Mayer & Cie. portfolio and typical features of our machines are held regularly at our head office location and sessions at our customers’ sites can be booked at any time.
