OV 3.2-6 M

The OV 3.2-6 M produces double-face structures in designs with limited rapports of up to 10 needles, so called mini jacquard designs.

As this knitting machine has six needle tracks at its command, rapports of up to ten needles are possible. Its fine stitch
adjustment makes sure the stitch length is set precisely, leading to a 100 percent reproducible fabric quality.

The OV 3.2-6 M is available in openwidth, industry and giant frames. Depending on the frame, fabric rolls with a diameter of 520 mm, 920 mm and 1,250 mm can be manufactured.
Fabric rolls rolled on an open width frame have diameters of 280 mm, 330 mm and 600 mm.

All those features make the OV 3.2-6 M ideal for manufacturing home textiles, with a focus on mattress covers. It can knit up to two kilometres of fabric every day. This is enough for 1,000 covers for mattresses 90 centimetres wide.
