The next major international exhibition is on the horizon – and Mayer & Cie. Global will be present with several machines.
At ITMA Asia in Shanghai, November 20–24, we will showcase Mayer & Cie. circular knitting technology in action.
Machines on display will be:
New portfolio strategy
At the fair, Mayer & Cie. Global will introduce its portfolio strategy: the Signature Line is developed and manufactured in Albstadt with locally sourced components; the Select Line combines Albstadt-based development and manufacturing with globally sourced components, as to best fit our customer’s requirements; and the Value Portfolio pairs German engineering and a German-made knitting head with manufacturing in China. A separate Budget Portfolio is offered under the Huixing brand.

New machine in development
A new member of the OV family is currently in development: the OV 2.4 QCe. With 2.4 feeders per inch, the machine offers high productivity for interlock fabrics and interlock structures, including 8-lock. A conversion kit also enables the production of rib and spacer fabrics, as well as fabrics in ultra-fine gauges. This development responds to current requirements in the Chinese market.
Beyond the machine demonstrations
Mayer & Cie. will welcome customers and business partners for lunch gatherings at booth H4.1-E01. Please arrange participation with your Mayer & Cie. contact in advance so we can make sure there’s enough to eat 😉.
On November 21, Mayer & Cie. will also host its River Night Gala on the Huangpu River from 18:00 to 21:00. Guests will meet at the booth at 17:30 and travel together by shuttle to Pujiang Pier.
