At ITMA 1987, Mayer & Cie. presented its first machines equipped with relative technology, the Relanit.

These machines produce a desired fabric quality processing even difficult yarns reliably – and without losses in productivity. Plus they use less energy than conventional knitting machines in doing so. That’s why its unabated popularity hardly comes as a surprise.

By the way, relative technology is also one of the reasons why spinitsystems works. A Relanit is a key component of Spinit 3.0 E, knitting a fragile roving into a fluffy single jersey.
