For Mayer & Cie., China represents a major market, whose significance is clearly demonstrated by the existence of an agency responsible in Shanghai to take care of customer advice, servicing and sale of Mayer & Cie. circular knitting machines.
Mayer & Cie. will be represented at the CITME 2002 in Beijing with its own trade fair stand, exhibiting two circular knitting machines whose output and versatility provide an outstanding example of high-performance knitting technology.

72 feeders coupled with a 30" diameter add up to high productivity. And externally adjustable cams in the cylinder and dial open up scope for short resetting times when changing between fabric structures. The new InterRib 4-2.4 QC, a further development of the tried and tested versatile InterRib 4-needle machine from Mayer & Cie. offers both, knitting to a top standard of quality and with exemplary productivity in every weight range. Outstanding versatility in terms of fabric construction and use of yarn, short resetting times and high output from 2.4 feeders per inch - the InterRib 4-2.4 QC takes any job easily in its stride.
Flexibility is provided by gauge changeover using Quick-Change. The gauge ranges of the machine can be quickly and reliably modified by exchanging the cylinder and dial cam.
