Insolvency without impact on our customers.
The current business operations at Mayer & Cie. are not influenced by the insolvency proceedings. All sectors work highly motivated in order to contribute to the company’s survival.
In consultation with the Insolvency Administrator, Dr. Bilgery, a restructuring is aimed at with the target of Mayer & Cie.’s sustainable survival.
For this reason, we still take care of our customers with full dedication and all orders already received and confirmed as well as all incoming orders will be executed and delivered on schedule and with the known high diligence and quality.
It is intended to restructure the company Mayer & Cie. GmbH & Co. KG in the course of the pending Insolvency Proceedings and to align to the capacity which the market for premium circular knitting machines presently as well as the near future justifies. This would create the necessary pre-conditions in order to allow Mayer & Cie. a successful future as family owned enterprise.
