It is already some years ago that Batliboi Ltd. decided to concentrate its knitting technology competence by creating a dedicated customer services division. Customers are offered support from the company's own advice centre in the selection of raw materials, in machine operation and patterning possibilities through to quality inspections of knitted finished products. With this system in place, Batliboi is able to offer its knitting factory customers “Total Knitwear Solutions“.
In the course of developing these activities, the company was also able to substantially optimize its investment advisory service and service availability. In two training centres originally promoted jointly by Mayer & Cie. and Batliboi and now operating fully independently, which were established with the cooperation of the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) as a PPP(Public Private Partnership) on behalf of the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation in Berlin, a total of 48 knitting specialists receive theoretical and practical training every year and helped into the labour market.

Batliboi's own service organization provides backup for customers not only in India but also in neighbouring Bangladesh and Sri Lanka with the aid of service specialists trained by Mayer & Cie.
